Recently, a global healthcare company, Sanofi, announced a recall of their epinephrine injection products called Auvi-Q. According to many reports, some of these devices contain inaccurate dosages of medication, which poses potential danger to those relying on such products as a source of emergency relief when suffering severe allergic reactions.

As of October 26th, 26 people reported device malfunctions. Although there were no fatalities involved, the risk for harm remains severe.

If you possess an Auvi-Q product with any of the following qualifications, you may be eligible to return your product as a recall:

• The number of the product is between 2081278 and 3037230
• The product expires between October 2015 and December 2016
• The dosage of the product reads 0.15mg or 0.3mg
